Hey all - please send in pics or upload through the site if you have them. I realize they're probably from the pre-digital camera days...My next project will be to scan in a bunch of old school photos next time I'm in Michigan to grab them. It's gonna be good!

And it has been really nice to see some visitors lately who have been lighting candles! It's really comforting to me to know that others are still missing Nick so much too, so thank you : )


A Note about the Nick Mainella Memorial Scholarship - All donations we received through the golf outing and after the funeral have been funneled into the Nick Mainella Memorial Fund. It is given out to two Novi High School students each year (one boy, one girl) based on financial aid and written essays - of which my mom reads every single one herself!!





Golf Outing Info
The first annual Nick Mainella Memorial Golf Outing was a huge success!! We raised over $11,500 for the scholarship fund!! This will allow us to help great kids with financial need to worry a little less about the expenses of higher education. Thank you for all of your support, encouragement, help and of course donations! We had many wonderful sponsors who supported us and around 130 golfers at the event. It was a really amazing day, and if you missed it be sure to check back here for details about next year! Nick would have been so proud to know that all of the love that he showed everyone else was returned to him by everyone involved in the outing. He was an amazing friend, brother, son and family member and I'm truly touched by the number of people who love and miss him still so much.
